Feel at home in the elegant, approx. 90 square meter boathouse, equipped for 4–6 people. Here you can spread out in a cosy double room and a bunk with a bunk bed for relaxation.
Furthermore, the boathouse offers a bathroom with shower, as well as a spacious kitchen/living area with seating area and pull-out couch, inviting you and your loved ones to enjoy together. The fine kitchenette offers everything your heart desires: stove, dishwasher, coffee filter machine, kettle and much more! With the tv you can only use streaming programs – Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, etc.
On the upper floor there is a stunning sun terrace with a wonderful view of the sea.
Highlight: whirlpool and relaxation lounge on the roof terrace!
The parking fees in the marina are not included. Please pay this directly in the marina. You can also park for free outside the marina.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
