Villa Zora, a modern semi-detached villa with a swimming pool, is located in Vabriga, approximately 1 km from the beach. It is an ideal holiday home for those seeking a relaxing holiday with family and friends. Shops, pizzeria, and café bars are situated just 500 meters from the house.
Villa Zora is situated on its own enclosed property of 366 sqm where guests have an outdoor pool of 24 sqm, covered terrace with barbecue fireplace and dining table, sun deck with sun loungers, parasol, and parking for two vehicles.
The villa accommodates 7-8 guests within a 160 sqm space distributed over two fully air-conditioned floors. The ground floor comprises a luxuriously furnished living room with sitting area and direct access to the swimming pool, a fully equipped kitchen, dinning table, a separate toilet, and a double bedroom with a private bathroom and TV. On the first floor is one master bedroom with private bathroom and TV, one bedroom with double bed and TV, one bedroom with sofa bed, separate bathroom with shower and toilet an an additional separate toilet in the hallway. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
The extra feature of Villa Zora is a large rooftop terrace with hydromassage bath, sunloungers and a view of surrounding area. Villa Zora offers a free Starlink intenet connection.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 60 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 60 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 59 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
