Outside, the villa boasts a private garden spanning 1000m2, complete with a refreshing swimming pool, sun loungers, and a covered terrace with a barbecue area. It's the ideal spot for soaking up the Mediterranean sun and enjoying alfresco dining with loved ones.

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen und herzlichen Empfang. Die Hausbesitzerin Carla war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war einer der schönsten Urlaube die wir erlebt hatten.
Der Service war top. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt die Nachfrage ob wir was brauchen, war durch die Hausbesitzerin regelmäßig. Haben uns mit unseren Kindern sowie Hund total wohlgefühlt.
Absolutes Erholungsgebiet. Wer Es ruhig mag ist dort genau richtig. (Christian )
