The spacious and comfortable Villa Roti welcomes you. In the inviting and modernly furnished rooms, you can forget about everyday life and enjoy it with family or friends. As soon as you wake up, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape through floor-to-ceiling windows.
The house has 4 bedrooms with double beds. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, TV, air conditioning, and mosquito nets on the windows. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a living room.
After an eventful day, relax in the in-house sauna. Enjoy the sun on the terraces - they are just the right place for a BBQ after swimming in the saltwater pool (96 m2).
Pets are allowed (an additional fee applies), property is partially fenced. Youth groups and parties are not allowed. Charger for e-cars is not available.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Visit the town of Labin, which welcomes its visitors on a hill. Thanks to this special location, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Adriatic coast from numerous viewpoints while walking through the historic town centre. In summer, you can take boat trips to the surrounding islands from Rabac, and for active guests, Rabac also offers well-developed hiking and cycling trails.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
