The enchanting Villa Malini in Gondolići comprises two houses with a cellar, boasting a total area of 226 m2. To preserve the necessary intimacy for socializing and relaxation, both houses are rented as a whole. The smaller house, designed as an open space up to the roof, provides ideal accommodation for 2 persons. It features a fully equipped bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room with a fireplace and TV, and a romantic bedroom on a gallery. The larger house accommodates up to 6 people, offering three bedrooms, a living room with fireplace and TV, kitchen, and dining room. One bathroom is furnished as a relaxation area with a Finnish sauna. Villa Malini seamlessly blends new rustic-style furniture with lovingly restored antique pieces. Both houses offer modern amenities, including Max TV and free Wi-Fi. Air-conditioning is available in both houses, along with two parking spaces.

Encircled by authentic Istrian stone walls, Villa Malini's numerous stone terraces are adorned with flowers and Mediterranean plants, creating a picturesque setting. The beautifully landscaped courtyard features a refreshing 9x4.5m pool with counter-current swimming and a children's pool with overflow. Guests can utilize the outdoor fireplace for family and friends' barbecues.

The property also encompasses a vast plot of 7000m2 with preserved stone walls, manicured lawns, and mature fruit trees—an ideal space for children's play, walking, and sporting activities. When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

After the pleasant reception, conversation, and (homemade) drink with the entire family, we received a thorough tour of the beautiful and renovated holiday home. There is ample space to sleep for 8 adults, and even a 9th single bed is provided in the adjacent house. There are 3 beautiful and very convenient bathrooms. Everything has been meticulously restored with an eye for detail, creating a harmonious atmosphere, and everything is in place for a successful holiday at Villa Malini. The outdoor kitchen, swimming pool, sauna, and magnificent view complete the picture. We also received recommendations from the family regarding local restaurants. Labin is a charming and beautiful village, far from the bustling mass tourism. We would like to express our gratitude to the family for their hospitality, the delicious fruits and vegetables from the garden, and for the unforgettable vacation we had. We spent a week in Villa Malini, and it was splendid. We received a very warm welcome from the hosts, and one can tell immediately that a lot of personal dedication and effort was put into the restoration/reconstruction of the houses. The pool is excellent for spending time there; the sauna is splendid, and the outside fireplace is very useful as well. All interiors are well chosen and functional. The bathrooms are of smaller size due to the historic age of the buildings. We also found that while the villa is remotely located, the connection to Labin by car or bike is very easy, and one can reach historic Labin in a few minutes. We spent 14 days as guests at Cecilija's beautiful estate. Wonderfully located, well-equipped, with a fantastic large pool, and a great welcome with cake, Prosecco, beer, water, and fruit. Very warm and friendly hosts who gave us good tips and baked a delicious strudel for us. I can only give 5 stars to this villa, which was optimal for our group of 7 people and our 4 dogs. Villa Malini is truly a gem of a villa in every aspect. Warm welcome by the owner Cecilia. Definitely, everything you need is available. The garden is uniquely green, beautiful, and well-maintained. Dogs feel very comfortable here with plenty of shade. The sea view is truly wonderful. Also, the pool and its surroundings are great.
