Beautiful newly built holiday house with two separate apartments with private pool. Villa Franka has 250 m2 of living space and can accommodate 8 persons. It consists of two separate units wich are located on ground and on first floor. Each units has a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room as the perfect place to relax with a beautiful view from the balcony on the old town Labin, also two bedrooms with double beds, both decorated in a modern styles. There are also two bathrooms with shower. The price includes use of air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and kitchen towels. The house has private parking for 3-4 cars..

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The holiday house Franka is located in a small village Vinjez (about 10 km from Rabac). Rabac is a major tourist resort on the east coast of the Istrian peninsula. Magnificent scenery, beautiful sandy beaches, pleasant climate and view of the bay each year attracts many tourists. Today Rabac is modern and attractive tourist resort underfloor the ancient town of Labin and offers a diverse range of culinary specialties, boat trips and sports activities. Due to its good access, beautiful beaches (rocky and sandy beach) and the clear sea, Rabac is particularly suitable for family holidays.
Beautiful house with two large separate apartments. The pool is gorgeous and in addition to the two kitchens, the villa has a great summer kitchen. The facility is new throughout and beautifully done. We felt very comfortable. Marijana's service was great, the response time was very, very fast and we got good answers to all our questions.
There was one point less for the environment. Most of the time it was very quiet with a few exceptions (on three evenings the meadow next door was mowed with an edge trimmer, and since it is very rural, there are some dogs that do their duty at night and sometimes bark very often). There are good shopping facilities (3 km). Labin has a very nice old town on top of the mountain - lovely. Surrounded by forests and meadows - lots of green.
