Luxury holiday house with private pool and large garden, near Rabac

Villa Santa Domenica is located in the village Vrecari, 4 km from the center of Labin. Rabac, a place with beautiful beaches, bays and crystal clear sea is 8 km away from the house. The house has two levels and a private outdoor swimming pool, 21 m2. Ideal choice for two families. The upper level: 2 bedrooms, bathroom with tub and shower, kitchen, dining room, living room with TV, DVD, SAT.
Stereo, Air conditioning, Guest bathroom, Washer, 3 large balconies. Lower level: 2 bedrooms, bathroom with jacuzzi and shower, an additional bathroom with a shower. Living room, a stone fireplace, kitchen, dining room. Each room has a TV. View of garden and outdoor pool. Exterior: private swimming pool, parking - uncovered and covered, swings, children's playground, benches in a green area, barbecue.
Pets are not allowed. Kids are welcome - baby cot available upon request. We recommend exclusively for couples and families. The house is not suitable for younger groups of people.

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Surroundings

A village of Nedešcina is the centre of Sveta Nedelja municipality that consists of 21 settlements situated in the eastern part of Istria. The whole territory is nested on the plateau 300 meters above the sea level between the canyon of the Raša river, the fertile Cepicko field and the sea. Also, this small region with beautiful woods, pastures and always-green vegetation is lucky to be located only 8 km from Labin and Rabac.

The villa is very remote from the hustle and bustle of the island.

If you want to go to the sea or just stroll along the water, you have to accept at least 15 minutes to 60 minutes of travel time. Shops (Lidl, Plodine, Eurospar) can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The house is very spacious. There are 2 apartments in the house. Best suited for 2 families of friends. You feel comfortable straight away. The garden with the pool is beautifully landscaped. The hostess Maria is a very kind and friendly woman who is happy to respond to the guests' wishes. The cleanliness is good and everything seems very well maintained.
