Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 60 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 60 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 59 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Sv. Petar u Šumi is a charming village located in the heart of Istria, Croatia. Renowned for its central monastery dedicated to Saint Peter and Paul, the village offers a tranquil retreat from city life, surrounded by lush forests and meadows. Its strategic location provides an excellent base for exploring all of Istria, with both coastal and inland attractions within a 30-minute drive. The village itself features essential amenities, including a grocery store just 300 meters from the villa and a traditional Istrian tavern about 1000 meters away.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY41, STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
