Nice House, kitchen well equipped, nice pool, big garden for outdoor games.
Three great rooms with individual bath rooms. Guests need to be aware that the fourth bed is in the main living room.
There was quick feedback from this host if we had any questions. A second umbrella to provide shadows outdoor would be needed and will be provided according to the host. (Aliya)

Das Haus ist sehr schön, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten ist schön groß und komplett eingezäunt, so hatten unsere beiden Vierbeiner und wir einen unbeschwerten Urlaub. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und bei Fragen und Anliegen sofort zur Stelle. (Aliya)

There are blinds and fly screens on the bedroom windows. The pool was cleaned several times during our stay. The location of the house is a bit remote in a quiet area, you have to go everywhere by car. That's exactly why we booked the house, we had peace and quiet and could drive to many beautiful beaches and cities within 30 minutes. Our contact person Toni, was very nice and helpful. He gave many insider tips on excursions, restaurants, beaches, etc. June 2022. (Aliya)

Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und war super sauber. An den Schlafzimmerfenstern sind Rollos und Fliegengitter.
Der Pool wurde während unseres Aufenthalts mehrmals gereinigt.
Die Lage des Hauses ist etwas abgelegen in einer ruhigen Gegend, man muss überall mit dem Auto hinfahren. Wir hatten das Haus genau deswegen gebucht, wir hatten unsere Ruhe und konnten zu vielen schönen Stränden und Städten innerhalb von 30 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren.
Unser Ansprechpartner Toni war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er hat und viele Insider-Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants, Stränden etc. gegeben. (Aliya)

Super sauber und Villa sehr gut ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Pool war total sauber und gepflegt - während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthalts war 3x die Poolreinigung da. Haben uns in der modernen sauberen Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Vermieter ist sehr nett. Dass das Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend liegt und dass man immer ein Stück mit dem Auto fahren muss weiss man vorher, wenn man sich die Beschreibung vor der Buchung durchliest. Darum gibt es von uns auch 5 Sterne und keinen Abzug wegen der Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder! (Aliya)

sehr schönes ruhiges Domizil , Einrichtung sehr gut, schöner großer Pool, sehr sauber angetroffen, Betten bequem, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca. 5km Entfernung, Gästebetreuer Toni war sehr aufmerksam und bei kleinen Problemen sofort zur Stelle, da das Haus ganz neu ist fehlte es noch an grünen Sichtschutz - der aber schon angepflanzt ist. Haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen. Danke für die gute Betreuung! (Aliya)

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette charmante et moderne villa d’Istrie. Au calme, pas très loin de la mer (il faut tout de même une voiture pour s'y rendre). La villa est moderne, fonctionnelle et décorée avec goût, tout est présent pour passer des vacances agréables et tout confort !!! La piscine est géniale !!!! Les propriétaires restent joignables par téléphone en cas de besoin, nous recommandons vivement pour un séjour en famille. Merci à Suzana et Tony (Aliya)
