On the first floor (mezzanine), three double bedrooms with double beds are present, two of which share a terrace, along with a bathroom/toilet. In the attic is children's playroom furnished with two single beds. Additionally, the ground floor of the house includes an extra shower/toilet and a garage accessible from within the house.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 60 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 60 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 59 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
