On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living room with a view of the large swimming pool (48 m2), a beautifully landscaped garden and green surroundings. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and one en suite bedroom with its own bathroom, which is specially equipped and suitable for people with disabilities, is located on the ground floor of the house. On the second floor there are three bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a balcony. The house is fully air-conditioned and offers parking for 3 cars. If you are planning a relaxing vacation with your family or friends, in a secluded location, this is the right place for you. Pets and party groups of younger people are not allowed.

Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

In the middle of South Istria on the road Pazin-Pula, on a rocky plateau surrounded by forests, meadows and vineyards, with its castle, churches and bell tower is located Sanvincenat. Rovinj and its beaches are only 20 kilometers away from the town. Savičenta is a small town with a few coffee bars, restaurants, pizza restaurants and mini markets. It host several summer cultural events.

The place it self is amazing!

It was amazing, everything went how it should. The place it self is amazing everything is very clean an brand new. All rooms have their own bathroom. The living room and the kitchen is very big and can hold a lot of people. You will find everything in the kitchen it is very well equipped. The garden is also very beautiful, the pool is big and clean the owner even offered to clean it for if it got dirty that was very nice. The jacuzzi is amazing every button works you can heat it up and the massage options are adjustable. The owner's father was next door to us, and he offered us grapes he just got from his trees, he was very sweet and welcoming with us.
