Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Smoljanci are located near Svetvinčenat, a town in central part of Istria, on the Pazin-Pula road, surrounded by forests, meadows, vineyards, the widely known castle of the Grimani family, churches and a beautiful bell tower. The place is only 20 kilometers from the sea and the town of Rovinj. Svetvinčenat is a small place with cafes, restaurants, pizzerias and a mini market. Cultural events and festivals during the summer are widely known and very well attended by guests staying in Istria.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY / STRICT). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
