Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

This beautiful holiday house is located in the small village Hrboki, on the east side of Istrian peninsula. Location of the Villa offers a perfect balance of peacefulness and private enjoyment away from a city rush and tourist crowds matched with short distance to all major peninsula cities. Pula, the largest city of Istria, just 20 kilometres away from the Villa is world famous for its stunning coliseum, an ancient amphitheatre that was built during the 1st century while Roman emperor Vespansian ruled this part of the world. Beside cultural and historical beauties, Istria offers unique gastro experience, well known in this part of the Europe. Home-made Istrian prosciutto (pršut), wine, Istrian pasta (fuži) are just a few of many delicious gastro pleasures Istria can offer for a true experience of Mediterranean home-made cuisine.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY / STRICT). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation.
