Villa Qualia is a renovated family house in central Istria in the small town of Srbinjak, 3 km from Tinjan. It consists of 4 bedrooms, all fully air-conditioned and equipped with TV and 3 bathrooms with shower. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor and share a bathroom. The other two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are on the second floor, as is the terrace. The living room and kitchen, as well as the guest toilet, are located on the ground floor, on the same level as the swimming pool and outdoor dining area. The private pool can be heated on request. There is also a very well-equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a seating area for 8 people. The villa also offers free wifi and 2 parking spaces. Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The Villa is located in a small village Srbinjak only 4,5 kilometers from Tinjan, Tinjan is a small town in the interior of Istria, on the road connecting Poreč with Pazin. It is only 17 km from Poreč and the nearest beaches Zelena and Plava Laguna. Poreč is a destination known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches. To the east of Tinjan there is Pazin, the main administrative center of the Istria region, known for its medieval fortified castle, the National Archive and Zarečki krov.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
