When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der brandneuen Villa Olma. Wir hatten eine gute Zeig am und im Pool, schöne Abende auf der Terrasse und dank der vielen Bäume auch immer etwas Schatten. Valentin war für alles erreichbar und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Zum Meer/ den größeren Städten, fährt man ca. 30 min, aber für den täglichen Bedarf ist alles in der Nähe. Ein kleiner Supermarkt (bis 22 Uhr offen) ist sogar fußläufig erreichbar). Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! September, 2024. (Katharina )
