Villa Olea is a newly built, modern villa with 3 bedrooms in Sveti Petar u Šumi. Villa Olea will delight you with its modern charm. The beautiful terrace that connects the large living room, kitchen, and pool, will satisfy you with its size and comfort.
The villa has a large, comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms with private bathrooms. Rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with additional satellite TV, and one of the rooms has direct access to the pool. Guests have at their disposal a garage with two parking spaces, laundry, and a completely fenced yard. Pets are not allowed, as well as the stay of younger groups of people who are planning a loud party. Shops, restaurants, cultural and sports facilities can be found in the immediate vicinity. The beach and the sea are about 30 km away from the villa. (20 minutes by car) Porec, Rovinj, Vrsar.

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Surroundings

Near the town of Pazin, in the interior of Istria is the town with the picturesque name - Sveti Petar u Sumi (St.Peter in the woods). This place is located 12km from Pazin and 25km from Porec and the sea. It is surrounded by green hills, which are very typical for the gentle Istrian landscape and the surrounding valleys. There are cycle paths and marked trails for walkers and mountain walkers. Nearby there is a riding center with beautiful horses. Only 10 minutes by car are Pazin and its famous cave. Sv. Peter is a picturesque example of a place with a rich past with its Benedictine monastery from the early Renaissance period and its harmonious baroque buildings. But it does not only offer cultural facilities, but it also has an excellent gastronomic offer, in the surrounding country farms, where you can taste the traditional Istrian cuisine and the wine of the Istrian vineyards.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Olea. Furnished with attention to detail. The house lacks nothing. Three beautiful rooms with Bad.Extra toilet, very well equipped kitchen and all air-conditioned. The holiday home is awesome. The beautiful interior, garage, washing machine and well equipped kitchen. There is nothing missing. The secluded terrace with dining table, sun loungers and relaxation hanging chair are great. The pool is fantastic for swimming and relaxing. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the olive trees. The environment is very quiet. We can fully recommend the house. The hosts Natalia and Filipp are warm and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Natalia provided us with restaurant tips in Porec and Rovinj. You should definitely visit Pizzeria Ulika in Zminj. Absolutely beautiful house in the middle of Istria with bathrooms for each room, super modern and cozy interior and a stunning pool. The town is also a great starting point to explore coast cities like Poreč, Rovinj, Pula or Rabac within a 25 - 40 minute drive. Everything was perfectly clean at our arrival. Dear Natalia, dear Filip, thank you so much for having us. Starting from your warm welcome to our departure we had an outstanding time at your lovely home. Your house is just perfect. When the weather is good you can spend your time in the pool, if the weather is bad you can spend your time in a lovely house. You'll have everything you need to even cook fancy dinner, you have a big fridge, can play table tennis or watch TV. Natalia sent us some recommondations for restaurants and other things. Yes you can cook anything you want but for heaven's sake visit Pizzeria Ulika in Zminj and Konoba Doma in Sveti Petar u Sumi. You can visit Porec or Rovinj within about 30 minutes. Dear Natalia, dear Filip, we have visited a lot of places and met a lot of lovely people but we have and probably will never meet such caring, endearing and warmhearted people as you.
