Villa Neo comfortable holiday home with swimming pool in Central Istria

Villa Neo is a comfortable holiday home for 6-8 persons with swimming pool in the quiet village Ribari in Central Istria.

The house was built in 2014 and is situated on its own enclosed property with well-maintained lawn where the guests can enjoy a swimming pool of 24 sqm with large sunbed, barbecue, table tennis, dining table for outdoor meals, 4 bicycles (free use) and 2 parking spaces.

Holiday home for 6-8 people, extends on two floors and has a living area of 150 sqm. On the ground floor there is a living room with equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa bed for two children, a bedroom with double bed and a shower/toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with its own shower/toilet and the other with its own covered terrace. There is also a shower/toilet in the hall.

NOTE:
- The pool can be used in the period 01.05. - 31.10. If you want to use pool heating additional fees applies
- No youth groups

Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Die vier bei Ausstattung kommt durch die zum Teil schlechte und erneuerungsbedürftige Küchenausstattung. Die Bratpfanne müsste eigentlich sofort entsorgt werden, sie ist zum kochen nicht mehr geeignet. Auch das Geschirr sieht nicht wirklich gut aus. Die Sonnenschirme müssten auch dringend repariert bzw. erneuert werden. (Christianne)

The house is in a beautiful place, quiet, clean swimming pool, the area of ??the house is beautiful, the outdoor space is enough for a whole day's relaxation, we spent a wonderful vacation, lots of places to walk and beautiful nature where you meet deer and rabbits, nearby places are close for short trips , the sea is also close. Only need change plates, cioking pots and a new pan. the owner is extremely kind and accommodating. (Christianne)

Es sollte extra daraufhingewiesen werden das man den Pool vor Anreise über das Reisebüro melden muss , da es eine Weile dauert in kalten Tagen bis der Pool geheizt ist. Ansonsten war alles sehr schön (Christianne)
