A beautifully landscaped large garden with a children's playground will delight the youngest. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious living room, four bedrooms with a double bed and two bathrooms.
Internal stairs lead to the 1st floor of this modernly decorated and furnished house, where there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms and an additional living room.
Holiday house Natura Vita offers many sports activities for adults and children: volleyball, badminton, basketball, football, table tennis and darts. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday away from the city crowds, Villa Natura Vita is the right choice. The supermarket is within walking distance. The nearest beach is in Porec, which is about 20 minutes away from the house by car. Young groups aren't allowed.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
