We booked the villa for eight people. The house is well equipped and everything was there. From a whirlpool to MTBs, air mattresses, bath towels, etc. to a pool table.
Linen was changed mid Saturday during the fortnight and the ville cleaned. If there was a small problem, the landlords came by immediately and solved it. Just awesome.
It takes about 30-40 minutes to drive to the sea or the next "bigger" cities. The nearest shop can be reached by bike in 15 minutes.
Conclusion: We can only recommend the property. (AE from Schweiz)

We have just had the pleasure of enjoying this great holiday home for 2 weeks. Even when the weather is mixed, you can pass the time here in the heated outdoor jacuzzi and the fully equipped house with a billiard table and darts.
The house was clean and the landlady and her family are very nice and accommodating.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need-really great.
The pool was also great and it is cleaned once a week by the landlord and the bed linen and towels for the house and pool are changed. Great service!
There are also three mountain bikes in the garage for free use.
The location of the house is not the most central, but there is a good supermarket 3 km away and Porec is 15 to 20 minutes away. So perfectly ok. Can only recommend the villa! ( Laux from Rheinhessen)

The house is all I expected of it. Just as in the pictures. The landlords were waiting for us and were very friendly! The location is quiet not much experience around the house. It is a 25 min drive to rovinj which is worth the effort !!! (source: Belvilla)

The villa is really great and we can only recommend it

We came with a group of 8 friends. The arrangements in advance were uncomplicated (despite Corona). The landlady can speak German and is always helpful and courteous. We had a great time in the beautiful villa. The house is clean and extremely well equipped, even better than we imagined. A small minus are the neighbors. From about 10-10:30 p.m. you have to be quieter in the garden. Since the mosquitoes come out at this time, we just went in. The interior is very well insulated, so noise is not a problem there. In summary, the villa is really great and we can only recommend it. June, 2020. (Rosalie)
