The modernly furnished luxury Villa Kate is a 4-star villa in central Istria, located in a quiet location in the town of Žminj. It offers a comfortable place for the maximum of 9 guests. All rooms are fully furnished, they also have a LCD TV and an air conditioning. There are 4 bedrooms with double beds, 4 bathrooms and 1 separate WC. Bathrooms are equipped with shower, bathtub and a washing machine. In the main living area you can find a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils and modern appliances. Next to the kitchen, there's a dining area and a comfortable living room. Villa Kate is situated on a large plot of 1200 m2 and offers exceptional comfort and privacy. This villa has an outdoor pool and a large indoor heated pool. Pool heating fee €50 per day upon request. The house also offers additional content such as table tennis, table football and a children's playground, as well as a sauna in which you can relax. Groups of young people are not allowed.

Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Surroundings

If all the roads in Europe lead to Rome, then all the roads in Istria lead to Žminj, the centre of Istria and the old intersection. On the sole cross-roads below the town there is Calvary from 1720. Žminj was the town of Pazin-Pisino County which was taken over by the Venetians only for a year in 1617. A smaller part of citadel, one of the four round towers, one fort wing, the outer part of fortification protecting the houses of commons and one well preserved public tank dating back to 1863 can be seen today from the 15th century city fortifications. The centre of the city is dominated by a great Baroque three-arch parish church of St. Mihovil built in 1625 on the foundations of the previous 12th century parish church.

Great accommodation for families, friends and small groups

The house itself is really very fine and nicely furnished. Unfortunately, the kitchen is a little impractical in terms of height, arrangement, etc. The gas stove is also actually unusual for such a new house. But there are no point deductions for this. The pool inside and outside is very nice, clean and well maintained. The decor for each room very well! We were 6 people. If you are traveling with 8 people and want to use the bedroom on the ground floor, the bathroom would be a little missing here. The 4th bedroom would need to use the bathroom amenities from the indoor pool. Service and staff are great! If you have any questions, the manager/boss is on site and the cleaning was also great and quick. The location of Zminj is also very convenient for all possible excursions in Istria. Zminj itself offers a few nice corners within walking distance! We really enjoyed the time (Mario)

Very nicely furnished house in a quiet village location. Equipment and facility very good. Garden very well maintained and beautifully designed, with top facilities (e.g. children's playground). We booked the accommodation quite spontaneously and at short notice. All I can say is - the villa delivers what it promises. Very short lines of communication. uncomplicated. Top support on site. Pula and Porec are easily accessible within 25 to 35 minutes. Villa itself exceeds all expectations. Well maintained, clean and great pool. Incomprehensible. Very reliable and helpful.
