Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Surroundings
The municipality of Vizinada is surrounded by 11 wineries that offer wine tasting and are easily accessible via hiking trails and bike paths. Vizinada is also on the famous Parenzana bike route and is the starting point of the annual bike marathon. Besides that there are many cultural events on the main square with music and dancing, annual wine hikes, e.g. on April 30 “Vino Vizinada” or later in the year “Slatko Istria” with the most delicious bakeries in Istria. But Vizinada is also an excellent starting point to visit the film festival in Motovum every summer or the jazz festival in Groznjan. In addition to sporty bike. And hiking tours is also offered throughout Istria. It is only a 20-minute drive to Porec or Novigrad and the sea invites you to swim until the end of October. Numerous tennis courts located directly by the sea in Novigrad Tar and Poreč with excellent coaches are very popular, especially in the early and late season.
