Villa Captain Morgan is a renovated traditional Istrian house located in Mrgani, 25 km from Rovinj. It can accommodate up to 8 persons with a total living area of 244 sqm on two floors. It consists of ground floor where you can find a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, living room with an exit to the terrace. Furthemore, one double bedroom with two single beds, air-conditioning, satellite TV and private shower/toilet. The bedrooms on the first floor (attic) are accessible with two staircases, one lead to one bedroom and the second one to the other two bedrooms. All the bedrooms on the first floor are double and have air-conditioning, one with double bed and private bath/toilet with hydro massage bathtub, one with double bed and private bath/toilet and one with two single beds and private shower/toilet. The house has a completely closed property of 470 sqm where the guests have on their disposal a swimming pool of 36 sqm, large covered terrace with sitting set and barbecue fireplace, two outdoor shower, a well-kept lawn and two parking spaces outside the property.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Mrgani is a small village located in the central part of Istria, just few km from the famous medieval city of Dvigrad. Due to its ideal position and good traffic connections with the cities of the western coast of Istria (Porec, Rovinj, Vrsar), it attracts many tourists and nature lovers. Recommended for cycling enthusiasts, there are many marked biking trails nearby that connect the famous historic Istrian towns.
