Villa Barbella is located in a very quiet village. It is the ideal place for those who want to recover from a stressful life. The house is well cared for and well maintained. The bedrooms are ideally sized and each bathroom is clean. The kitchen is equipped with all comforts. The only little detail we missed were a couple of oven mitts and a couple of extra laundry pins for the washing rack outside. The area is very quiet. From the roof terrace you have a nice view of the fields, greenery,... We could even spot a deer there a few times. Every day you see a farmer passing by on his red tractor, heading towards the fields. You live along to the rhythm of the environment and that was really what we needed. No rush, no fuss. Our children could expend their energy in the swimming pool and on the football table. The owners are very friendly and helpful people and were there immediately when a problem appeared with the air conditioning on the upper floor. Everything was fixed quickly, just as they promised. Villa Barbella is highly recommended for those in need of an incentive-free environment in a well-kept accommodation. (Petra)

The communication was perfect and very fast and uncomplicated The hosts are very lovely and helpful. Every question was answered very quickly. The gas for the grill and kitchen was full and if it would run empty, they‘ll bring a new one. The village is very quiet and small. In ~20min you can reach Poreč and the sea by car. Recommendable for families as well as for a group of friends! Every bedroom (4) has it‘s own shower and toilet. Overall it was a very good decision to book Villa Barbella for our holidays. Thanks a lot to Rosana and Nikola for the warm welcome and lovely stay! Would book it definitely again for our next stay in Croatia. The villa was brand-new, and had everything that you want in a villa, there was a complete kitchen, tv with netflix, a super nice pool, in every bedroom a shower and a washing machine. the villa was located in a very quit small village, with almost no traffic. the owners were very helpful with everything, they were super hospitable. they had some nice info about sightseeing in the neighbourhood and we got fresh bedlinnen and towels after 1 week. A super nice new villa. Well equipped, TV, WiFi, a beautiful terrace, pool, fully equipped kitchen, fresh fruit, wine and water were provided by Maja when we arrived. Maja is a very personable and nice landlady. Communication with her was great, she gave us some good tips about taxis, restaurants and shopping. Best location for a silent and relaxing vacation

Villa Barbella is located central in Istria, about 20 km from the coast in the west (Porec) and about 20 km from Pazin. Great location, very silent and rural. The house is complete set up with fully equipment in the kitchen, four bed rooms with own baths and a great and friendly salon for common time. The equpment leaves nothing to be desired, every small and separate part is there and available - from hair dryer to tabs for a dish washer - everything is there. Great praise for the owner who has thought about necessary things in a house. The pool is fantastic, the outdoor shower a useful extra and the equipment outside is unbelievebar - there's a nice place to sit below the sun terrace with a grill, a sink for preparation or cleaning stuff and an additional WC with a washing machine. Thanks a lot for the great place for our time there. We would love to visit it once again and of course recommend your house to family and friends. (Radek)

The house is located 15 minutes by car from POREC which has a nice port with entertainment in the evening (restaurant, night market, funfair ...). Moreover, many excursions are possible from POREC (Venice, Plitvice Lakes, Rovinj, etc ...). The house (with air conditioning) is very nicely decorated and offers 4 beautiful bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. In the kitchen, there is everything you need. As far as the outside is concerned, they offer all the necessary facilities to have a good time (table football, swimming pool, deckchairs, barbecue, and a large convivial table sheltered from the sun). Furthermore, the host is very helpful and absolutely lovely. During the whole stay, she took care of us and if you stay more than a week, she even comes to leave clean sheets and towels. (Constance)

The house was clean and very well maintained. Everything was in very good condition and was well equipped. The landlords were helpful and very nice.
