Villa Baraka is a newly built house with a private pool (27 sqm) located in Central Istria - Kanfanar.. The house can accommodate up to 8 persons. The ground floor features a spacious living room connected with dining room and a kitchen which is equipped with numerous cooking appliances such as gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and many others. Furthermore, a bedroom with a double bed with its private bathroom is located on the ground floor where you can find an inner staircase which lead to a gallery with two single beds. Other two bedrooms along with two private bathrooms are located on the first floor. Outside, the guests can enjoy in a private swimming pool and in a summer kitchen where the guests can hang out and grill their favourite meals. The property is fully air-conditioned and it offers 2 parking spaces in front of the house. Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Surrounded by endless valleys, olive groves and vineyards on the red earth, with its spacious streets and beautiful palaces, Kanfanar represents the ideal place for a holiday. It is located in the southwestern part of the peninsula. Nearby Kanfanar, there is Dvigrad, a place where, a long time ago, stood an abandoned medieval city. According to old people, former inhabitants of ancient Dvigrad, fleeing attackers and illnesses, founded the town of Kanfanar. Today's residents of Kanfanar still celebrate the Jakovlja - today a folk festival, once a feast, which was preserved from the time of Dvigrad.
