Dating back to the early 18th century, the house has undergone a complete renovation, offering modern amenities while preserving its historical charm. The property features a fenced garden of about 500 sqm, providing an extensive range of facilities suitable for both adults and children. The ground floor, on two levels, consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a pool table and fireplace, one bathroom/toilet, and a double room with air conditioning, satellite TV, and a shower/toilet. On the first floor are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning, satellite TV, and shower/toilet, one of which has an additional bed. On the second floor (high attic), there is a spacious double room featuring a double bed, air conditioning, satellite TV, an extra bed, and a bathroom/toilet with a hydromassage bathtub.
