Today, it has been transformed into a spacious and elegant holiday home, ideal for groups of up to 20 guests.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be captivated by its authentic charm – the wide courtyard, imposing entrance, and rows of elegant windows all hint at its educational past. Inside, carefully preserved historical details blend harmoniously with contemporary comforts, ensuring a perfect balance between tradition and modern convenience.
The ground floor features a spacious living area with a comfortable seating arrangement and an additional bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large dining area perfect for gatherings. This level also has two bedrooms that share a bathroom, making it an ideal setup for families with children.
A beautifully preserved staircase leads to the upper floor, where a bright hallway lined with arched windows floods the space with natural light. Here, you will find seven additional bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and views of the lush garden and private swimming pool.
Outside, the villa offers a serene and private retreat. The outdoor pool is surrounded by sun loungers and greenery, providing the perfect spot for relaxation. Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
