A great space, en-suite bathrooms for every room, really generous bedroom spaces. The kitchen living area was lovely and outside was great for shade and evenings. The location is a drive to shops and a bit further to the coast, but this suited us perfectly. The kids loved the pool too! (Adela)

Really quiet neighbourhood and only a 10 minute ride to the next large grocery store. The house had AC in all rooms and a beautiful terrace and pool! (Adela)

Wir waren mit zehn Männern für vier Tage in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist groß und sehr sauber. Die Badezimmer waren ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und man hat ausreichend Platz. Es hat alles super gepasst. Ich kann die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank für alles. Grüße Thomas (Adela)

Die Villa Rustica in Pifari gelegen an einem sehr ruhigen Ort, an dem man sich von dem Alltagstrudel erholen kann. Strand,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Städte wie Rovinj oder Pula sind am besten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Haus hat einen großen Garten, welcher komplett umzäunt ist und deshalb perfekt auch für Urlaube mit Hund geeignet sind. Wie der Name sagt, überzeugt das Haus innen in einem rustikalen Stil, mit zufriedenstellender Sauberkeit. Die Ansprechpartner waren selbst am späten Abend erreichbar und immer sehr freundlich. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Due to its layout, the villa is ideal for two families!

Its central location makes it the ideal starting point for excursions throughout Istria! You can also easily spend the day “at home”! There is always a shady spot and there is enough variety (billiards, pool, swing or just whizzing around the house)! Shops and restaurants are approx. 4km away! Toni was always there for us and very helpful! Even when there was a problem with our car, he quickly put us in touch with a top workshop! June 2022. (Adela)

Die Villa ist, durch seine Aufteilung, ideal für zwei Familien geeignet! Durch die zentrale Lage ist es der optimale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in ganz Istrien! Man kann den Tag aber auch problemlos 'Zuhause' verbringen! Es findet sich immer ein schattiges Plätzchen und es ist genug Abwechslung vorhanden (Billard, Pool, Schaukel oder einfach ums Haus rum sausen)!
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in ca. 4km Entfernung!
Toni war immer für uns da und sehr hilfsbereit! Selbst bei einem Problem mit unserem Auto hat er schnell den Kontakt zu einer top Werkstatt hergestellt! (Adela)

The scenery and the house are beautiful, and the house is perfect for a family holiday. The hosts were really friendly and helpful, and we felt just like at home. The location is great because you can easily explore Istria. I would recommend Villa Rustica for a relaxing time away from the crowds. (Adela)

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The house was very generous and beautifully furnished. There was nothing we missed. Apart from the nice pool, we spent time playing pool billiard and using the provided gas BBQ. The house is just right for everyone searching for solitude and relaxing in a nice ambiance. Beaches around Rovinj are around 30 minutes of ride by car. Highly recommended (Adela)

After 22 years of renting in the south of France we have found the ideal villa all on one level, large grounds and a great interior all bedrooms have on-suite are large and spacious with aircon.
The pool is one depth ideal for family fun, the BBQ and games area makes it great for al-fresco dinning.
Croatia is very atractive country on one hand spacious and pretty with little hamlets dotted all over the countryside but with vibrant towns and cities. (Adela)

Wir waren 8 Personen in der Villa Rustica. Wie waren alle überaus begeistert von der Villa, alles entsprach den Angaben. 4 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad, sowie einem extra Bad im Haus und außerhalb des Hauses. Der Pool war sehr schön und groß . Man konnte nicht nur in der Küche super kochen, sondern auch außerhalb des Hauses am eigenen Grill grillen. Wenn man Samstag Abend etwas später kommt, sollte man vielleicht schon unterwegs Geld wechseln , da sonntags die Wechselstuben und Banken geschlossen haben . Das Lidl in Pazin (ca. 15 min Autoweg entfernt ) hat jeden Tag bis 21 Uhr geöffnet. Unser Gastgeber war so unglaublich freundlich , dass wir uns Sonntag Vormittag erneut getroffen haben, damit er uns Geld wechseln kann. Alles in allem ein wunderschönes Haus mit super tollen Gastgebern. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen und wir kommen sicher wieder (Adela)

Everything was perfect, the house was very clean. The outdoor facilities (sitting area, Pool area) were very comfortable and clean as well. Als wir vor Ort waren wurden wir regelrecht von der Villa umgehauen. Alles wie es beschrieben wurde im Internet sogar noch viel besser. Waren mit sieben Personen und einem Hund Dort es haben sich alle sehr Wohle gefühlt weil es auch sehr sauber war nicht nur im Haus auch die Außenanlage.
Vom Vermieter kann man auch nur Positives berichten sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Preislich war es auch gut. Man kann dort auch mal lauter sein da es keine Stört und für Familie mit Hund nur Empfehlens wert unser Hund hat sich sehr Wohlgefühlt. (Adela)

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Rustica this year. Great house, great location and above all big garden and swimming pool where children were playing all day long. We have visited many local towns and tasted great wine and food. Will come back again! (Adela)

Wir waren total überrascht, als wir die Villa sahen. Sagenhaft. Das alles durften wir nutzen? Vier geräumige Schlafzimmer, sehr schöne Bäder, eine gut ausgestattet Küche, in der nichts fehlte, mit großem Essbereich.
Ein riesen Wohnzimmer mit offenem Kamin.
Draussen der herrliche Pool, die überdachte Essecke mit großem Grill und Billiard.
Man muss wirklich ausser Luftmatratzen nichts (!) mitnehmen!
Ein Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen.
Hier noch ein kleiner Tip: Im nächsten Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt in dem es alles, aber auch wirklich alles gibt. Dort einzukaufen macht wesentlich mehr Spass als in den großen Kaufhäusern nahe der Stadt.
Wir können dieses kleine Urlaubsidyll wirklich nur empfehlen. (Adela)
