Villa Olive Paradise II is a stunning retreat near Svetvinčenat, set on a 2800 sqm plot overlooking an olive field. Elegantly decorated, it features unique souvenirs from around the world. The villa offers three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and TV, a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with picturesque views. A wine tavern with a fireplace and chess room adds charm. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a heated pool, whirlpool, BBQ, table tennis, and bicycles. A shared wellness house with a sauna, hot tub, and gym is available. Covered parking for three cars includes an EV charging station. For larger groups, it can be rented with the neighboring Villa Olive Paradise I. One mid-sized dog is included in the price. Youth groups are accepted only upon prior agreement. The heated pool is available in spring and autumn, weather permitting.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 60 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 60 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 59 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation.
