Ideal for relaxation and comfort, it accommodates up to 10 guests. The villa spans 372 m2 and features a private pool with a hydro-massage corner. Set on a 5600 m2 estate, the property includes a sports complex with two tennis courts, a multi-purpose playground, and a bocce court. For families and children, there is also a playground and a garden where guests can pick their own vegetables.
The interior of the villa is spread over two floors and is fully air-conditioned. The ground floor includes a spacious living room with a fireplace and access to a covered terrace with a lounge area, barbecue, and dining table. The modern kitchen and dining area are also on this floor. There are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and an additional WC. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two of which have private balconies.
Villa Nevia is located approximately 26 km from Rovinj, a well-known Istrian town. This villa offers the perfect setting for a peaceful vacation while enjoying Istrian culture and gastronomy. Please note that groups of young people are not allowed.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
