Located in the small village of Žužići, just a short drive from the vibrant town of Poreč and its beautiful beaches, this typical Istrian stone house, Villa Jona, offers a blend of traditional charm and modern amenities.

The villa features a well-maintained, completely enclosed garden that includes a large covered terrace with a dining table and barbecue fireplace. For relaxation and entertainment, guests have access to a private swimming pool and a children's playground. Additionally, a games room equipped with billiards, table football, and darts is available for leisure activities.

Villa Jona can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests with its 4 bedrooms and four bathrooms. While the interior has been modernized to include contemporary furnishings, it retains the charm typical of old Istrian houses. The ground floor houses the living room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and one bedroom complete with its own bathroom. The first floor consists of three bedrooms, each also with its own bathroom.

Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 60 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 60 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 59 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

It was a great vacation, as expected the weather was once again very nice, Croatia.

Even on two consecutive days when the weather was a little worse, it didn't get boring. We used the games cellar with table football, darts and billiards and played a tournament. It was really very nice. Also worth mentioning is the outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, sink and grill or roasting facility. All in all a very nicely furnished and well thought out house. One can only hope that it remains affordable, such a beautiful house suitable for larger families or groups of friends with a pool and parking spaces on the property. May, 2023. Es war ein super Urlaub, das Wetter war Erwartungsgemäß wieder mal sehr schön, Kroatien halt. Auch an 2 aufeinander folgenden Tagen, wo das Wetter etwas schlechter war, ist es nicht langweilig geworden. Wir haben den Spielekeller mit Tischkicker, Dart und Billard genutzt und ein Turnier gespielt. War wirklich sehr schön. Erwähnenswert ist aber noch die Outdoorküche mit Kühlschrank, Waschbecken und Grill- bzw. Bratmöglichkeit. Alles in allem ein sehr schön eingerichtetes und durchdachtes Haus. Kann man nur hoffen, dass es erschwinglich bleibt, so ein schönes für größere Familien oder Freundesgruppen geeignetes Haus mit Pool und Stellplätzen im Grundstück. (Christine - booking)
