The house is located in a quiet location and it's surrounded by 6000 square meters of decorated yard, vegetation and greenery. It consists of two floors: on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, an air-conditioned living room with a sofa convertible for one person and a bathroom with shower. The living room has a direct exit to a beautifully landscaped garden where you can find a whirlpool and a spacious roofed terrace along with a barbecue grill. The inner stairs lead to the second floor where you can find two air-conditioned double bed bedrooms (one of them with sofa convertible for one person) and a bathroom with shower. One pet is allowed under an extra charge per day. Beautifully landscaped yard, location of the object and a private pool and whirlpool in idyllic green surroundings will delight all visitors. When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
