This is a very nice house. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. The owners are super. It felt like they are friends. From the house you can easily reach all the nice points in Istria. The beach at Porec is great, but also the historic villages and cities and the waterpark Aquacolors are worth a visit. Highly recommended. (André)

We spent a wonderful holiday with Marina and Marko. The house was very clean when we arrived and has everything you need. The entire family is really nice and has always provided us with delicacies (cheese, sausage and bread on our arrival, vegetables from the garden, pancakes). Mr. Broere, 07/22/2017 until 07/29/2017 We (family with children 8, 10 12) have had a very nice and nice holiday here. The manager \/ landlord lives across the courtyard and is very friendly and welcoming. The house belongs to a farm where the owners grow a lot and keep animals. The animals (except the chickens) are kept farther and I have not seen and heard. The courtyard is very shady by beautiful big trees (walnut tree, kiwi, fig and almond) and is very idyllic. The landlord loves contact and we drank a drink \/ coffee several times, which we found very cozy. For us this was a plus in our holiday. On the other hand, if you do not want this, they respect it too. The sea was about 15-20 km drive, which we did not really feel annoying, so we went to another beach around Porec. Furnishings and bathrooms absolutely new. Very clean and well maintained. High quality of the facility. Good quality of the beds. Absolutely quiet location, blackout option via shutters. (Only interesting from sunrise, no disturbing light at night). Air conditioner. Very well equipped kitchen. Cozy living room with comfortable reclining seating. Large flat screen TV, also with German channels. Large sun terrace upstairs and additional seating on the covered patio downstairs. Parking directly in front of the house in the inner courtyard, which is closed at night. Extremely hospitable owner family lives in the adjacent house. Cheap and good house wine available. A wonderful holiday that will definitely be repeated

We experienced a very nice and very relaxing Pentecost vacation with 3 children in this house. The house is away from any hustle or traffic in a tiny village. We found exactly the peace we were looking for without the hustle and bustle of tourists right outside the front door. Nevertheless, one is on the main road within 20 minutes without using the toll motorway, for example in Porec. Otherwise, we only needed the motorway to get there and back during our vacation, we reached all other destinations without tolls. We spent lovely days on the beach, if you search a bit you can easily find secluded beaches with free parking but still have a beach bar, showers and toilets available. The holiday home is part of a 400-year-old four-sided farm with an inner courtyard. The house and the yard have been completely renovated, the age of the building is not noticeable at all. It is equipped with every comfort such as a covered parking space for the car, air conditioning, two bathrooms with bath, shower and toilet with bidet. The windows can be completely darkened thanks to shutters, so that only the children stand in the way of a long lie-in. There is a balcony and a covered veranda with sun loungers, thanks to the canopy the laundry can dry outside even in bad weather. If you want to iron on holiday, you will even find an ironing board and iron for this. The kitchen is lavishly equipped with cooking utensils and crockery. Towels and linens are also plentiful. We were warmly welcomed by the landlords and spent many nice (evening) hours together. Our children played a lot with the landlord's children in the inner courtyard and are already looking forward to the already reserved holiday there next summer. Wonderful describes our stay at best in the beginning. We, a family with 2 children, 9 and 3 years, spent 2 weeks vacation in the stone house Mendula .... and will do it again! A gem in the country, far away from noise or overcrowded tourist metropolises. The ideal place to enjoy your vacation! The location of the house is also ideal for exploring and discovering Istria. We found the house as promised in the pictures. Nothing is missing. Welcomed with all sorts of delicacies from the farm's own production, the landlords show their unlimited hospitality at all times. The well-being of the guest is absolutely in the foreground here! The outdoor area invites you to listen to the children's laughter until the evening hours and to enjoy a glass or two of wine. The house is spacious and very tastefully furnished. Nothing is missing in the kitchen. The praise can go on indefinitely. We look forward to a reunion. Michael and family (Michael)

Overall we had a very nice holiday in the stone cottage Mendula. The house was clean and offered us a lot of space. We always had a good night's sleep with no noise and no mosquitoes thanks to the mosquito nets on the windows. The landlords were extremely friendly and surprised us several times with homemade delicacies. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. the exact date cannot be entered above, of course we are not on 04.09. left again, but on 18.09. We were warmly welcomed by our host family with a snack and had a very pleasant holiday. The stone house Mendula over 2 floors with a large balcony is well furnished, the beds are large and comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need for self-sufficiency. The whole house was clean and tidy. The host family was very nice, courteous and helpful, unfortunately we can only give 10 points because no more are displayed. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, the house is very well maintained. We were greeted with wine, salami and ham from our own production and good bread to go with it.
