Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Pazin is a town located in the center of the Istrian peninsula, on a plain surrounded by hills forming a basin. With its historical sights dating back to 983, natural beauties and a rich offer of authentic Istrian dishes, Pazin is an interesting destination for tourists all over Europe and the world. The old part of Pazin is located on a slope below which is the abyss of the river Pazinčica, which forms a geological phenomenon known as the Pazin Cave. Pazin is connected to all cities in Istria by road, and through it passes the Istrian Ypsilon, which connects it through the Ucka tunnel with Rijeka and the rest of Croatia.
