Istrian stone house consisting of a living room and a kitchen on the ground floor, two bedrooms with their own bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool. The house is fully air-conditioned and has WI-FI. It also has underfloor heating, so it can be used both in spring and autumn. The 1300m2 yard offers you a 47m2 pool with hydro-massage bench, deckchairs and umbrellas. There is also a tavern with a fireplace for enjoying Istrian specialties. Fully equipped kitchen, with all appliances, and a dining and sitting area with SAT-TV and air conditioning. In front of it, on the covered terrace, there is also an outdoor dining area. Private parking with charging station for electric and hybrid cars is in front of the house.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Sinozici is a quiet place, about 15 km away from Porec and the sea. The first shop is 3 km from the village, and the restaurant is about 2,5 km away. The place is ideal for bicycle tours, as well as for trips to nearby Istrian sights.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking.
