Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Villa Nicole is located on one of the highest vantage points of the village which means it offers a stuning view of the sea and surrounding natural beauties. The area is safe and quiet which allows you to be relaxed during your stay. The sea is just 800 meters away and in vicinity of not more than 2 kilometers there are many rocky and sandy beaches, campsites, wild beaches. Near the property is one small shop for everything you need and just 1 km away there is larger supermarket, gas station, bank, ATM.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
