Newly renovated Holiday home Padovan is situated on the island of Rab in a small town Banjol, just 200 m from the first beach. It's ideal for a couple but it can also accommodate 2 additional persons if necessary. It consists of a large and spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen connected with dining room. Furthermore, it consists of one bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed for two additional persons located in the living room. Furthermore, there's an exit from the living room to a spacious terrace furnished with seating area where you can relax during hot summer evenings. The bathroom features a shower, towels and a hair dryer.. The house is air conditioned and parking is provided in front of the property. The rental price includes all additional costs as well as unlimited use of Internet (Wi-Fi).

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Banjol is another great place, known for its three sandy beaches all named Padova, as well as a beautiful seaside promenade linking it to the Old Town of Rab, where you can pick up local produce and enjoy opulent local gastronomy. We recommend visiting Banjol on the 5th of August, for the holiday of their patron saint, Santa Lucia, locally known as "Šištovica" (pronounced scheeschtovitza).
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking.
