The villa is placed just on the seaside and affords beautiful views across of the sea and the bay. It is a well equipped, spacious holiday home consisting of three independent apartments with private pool, rooftop terrace, covered terrace and BBQ. There is a lot of outdoor space so it is easy to get the group together whether it is on one of the terraces or around the pool and sunbathing area. The whole outdoor area benefits from the beautiful views and it is perfect for dining, lounging, aperitifs and relaxing just gazing out to the sea. The nearest shop, restaurant and other facilities are in village Vela Luka, about 8 km away. It is possible to hire a car, motorbike, boat or bike in Vela Luka. A taxi service and a boat taxi service are available, too. Rich in Mediterranean vegetation, vineyards, olive groves, small villages, lovely secluded coves and cultural heritage, the island of Korcula is great for touring around. The main islands town Korcula town dates back to ancient Greeks time. It is vivid and picturesque town and it worth a visit as well as the peninsula Peljesac, which is just across the channel.

When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 30 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 29 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Vela luka is situated on the island of Korcula which belongs to the group of middle Dalmatian islands. Island has a surface area of 276 km2 and it is the sixth biggest island in the Adriatic. The island is divided from the peninsula Peljesac by a narrow channel and it was of great importance to the maritime powers. Korcula is one of the most wooded islands on the Adriatic. It is a typical Mediterranean area with various sorts of flora, cypress, alepian pine, pinia, olive, oak, myrtle. Indigenous herbs and aromatic plants also grow on the island, sage, rosemary, lavender, immortelle, mint, marjoram etc. The clean sea, beaches, nature and cultural heritage are the reasons for visiting this island.
