Villa Tramonto is a modern house with elements of traditional construction. Located 250 m from the sea, it is one of the houses closest to the sea in Pinezići. It ensures a pleasant stay for a larger family with children, and of course your pets are also welcome. The magical view of the sunset gave the name to this beautiful villa. An impressive living room will allow you to enjoy your daily pleasant gatherings with your family. There, in moments of relaxation, you will be able to follow a TV program in your language. Here we also have a corner for book lovers. The house has two double rooms and one triple room with attached toilets. You will practice a healthy life in the attic of the house, which is filled with social and sports facilities. You can relax and enjoy using the sauna. The summer kitchen, equipped with a charcoal grill and an additional refrigerator, will make your family moments unforgettable, since you will be dining at a large table in an airy place in a pleasant environment. The pool filled with salt water, 13 meters long, with a cascading entrance for our little housemates and equipped with an anti-stretch pump, will provide hard-working swimmers with an atmosphere of swimming like in an Olympic pool. The terrace by the pool is large, equipped with a roller shower. There is another large terrace on the first floor. The large garden is filled with Mediterranean plants, and depending on the period of the year, you will enjoy the scents of certain plants. We haven't forgotten about your tin pet, so the vehicle will be placed in the garage

When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 30 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 29 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
