Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 30 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 29 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Brna is a bay and small settlement on the southern coast of Korčula, located 4 km southwest of Smokvica and 20 km southeast of Vela Luka. The bay is divided into two parts by the Mali Zaglav peninsula, with a small harbor on the eastern side. To the west, along the island's southern coastal road, are the charming villages of Prižba and Gršćica. Offshore, between Brna and Prižba, lie several small islets, including Vrhovnjak, Crklica, Stupa, Otočac, and Sridnjak. Korčula is accessible via ferry from Split to the town of Korčula or Vela Luka, as well as from Orebić on the Pelješac peninsula.
The house is just 50m from the first place where you can sunbathe and swim.
Very quiet neighbourhood and in fact Brna is all round a quiet see front village with only a couple of restaurants and one shop.
Next to Brna, you have amazing Smokvica, Čara and Blato, all three places with amazing vineyards and wine selection.
Brna is also perfectly located if you have a boat. 10 miles to Lastovo, Veli Pržnjak and many more coves and beaches in 10 mile radius.
