The ground floor features a spacious 80 m² living room, connected to a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The first floor includes seven bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, air conditioning, central heating, and an LCD TV.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 30 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 29 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
