The house consists of three spacious bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6+2 people and two bathrooms with a washing machine and dryer. On the first floor, there is a living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room offers a view of the famous Lake Bajer. The dining room overlooking the lake is the perfect place for shared meals, and the living room offers board games, a smart TV, and Netflix for entertainment. Free WLAN is available throughout the house. The outdoor space is a true oasis with a terrace, gas grill, and outdoor seating. For children, there is a wooden house and a ping pong table. And to completely relax, a jacuzzi and a sauna are at your disposal. You can park your cars (max 2) in the garage. Pets are not allowed.

For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

As a popular tourist destination, Fužine offers tourists numerous sports and recreational facilities. In the surrounding area, you will find nine marked hiking and cycling trails, hiking trails are also marked, and the most popular is the promenade around Lake Bajer with the accompanying trim trail. The beautiful park of Gorica with three tennis courts offers the possibility of active sports and recreation. Fužine is very famous for its gastronomic offer. Excellent restaurants offer a wide selection of autochthonous home-made dishes or dishes made from mushrooms, game, and forest fruits prepared according to original recipes. Fužine has excellent traffic connections. It is about 30 km to the sea, and only 22 km to the island of Krk. The settlement is located at 730 meters above sea level. In summer, temperatures rarely exceed 30°, and there are almost no warm nights. Therefore, the climate is extremely pleasant in the summer, as are the stable winter days with plenty of snow. Therefore, it is possible to spend the night comfortably in Fužine on hot summer nights, and at the same time during the day it is possible to stay at the sea.

Oduševljeni smo boravkom u vili Fužine! Kuća je iznimno udobna, savršeno opremljena i nudi sve što je potrebno za opuštajući odmor. Prostor je vrlo čist, prostran i pažljivo uređen s mnoštvom detalja koji čine boravak ugodnim. Lokacija je idealna, mirna i okružena prirodom, ali dovoljno blizu svih potrebnih sadržaja i atrakcija u okolici.
Posebno bismo pohvalili domaćine koji su bili izuzetno ljubazni, gostoljubivi i pažljivi. Od prvog kontakta do kraja našeg boravka bili su uvijek dostupni, spremni pomoći i osigurati da se osjećamo kao kod kuće.
