The Apartments NeaLeona with a common pool offers you a pleasant holiday 100 meters from the nearest beach and a balcony with a stunning sea view. The apartment complex consists of three floors that cover over 180 square meters and can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests. Each floor consists of one two-bedroom apartment, which is ideal for a relaxing stay with family and friends who offer them privacy at the same time. Apartments comprise a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Each apartment has a private balcony with a seating area and sea views. Guests have a private tavern with barbecue facilities, a kitchen and a seating area, and a common pool with sun loungers. There is also a garage for 4 cars. The owner lives on the ground floor but has a separate entrance and has no contact with guests during their stay. Guests can use a boat mooring in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home. Since the house is located in a densely populated area, booking is not allowed for younger groups of people. Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation.
