When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. In 1508, the landed property owner from Stjepan Štafileo, ordered the construction of a fortress with a courtyard overlooking the cliff, today this castle is known as castle Rotondo. Around the fortress a village was established of rectangular form, surrounded by a trench. Over the years, this village has developed into today's Kaštel Štafilic. This little town is full of symbols of Christian culture, such as the church of St. Martha or the church of St. George, as well as numerous natural monuments.
