Simply furnished apartment located in Okrug Gornji just 300 meters from the sea near the city of Trogir. It's suitable for up to 3 persons. It's situated on the second floor and it consists one bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed for one additional person. Furthermore, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, water kettle, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine), dining and living room and a bathroom with shower. During their stay, guests can enjoy in a beautiful sea view from the balcony equipped with seating furniture. On the guests' disposal is a spacious shared garden along with BBQ grill. When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
