The beautiful modern apartment Mateljan Ivan is located in Kastel Luksic. It is situated on the ground floor of this house, and it can accommodate up to six guests. The house is positioned on the very sea front, so the beach and the sea are just few meters away from your accomodation. The apartment consists of two bedrooms - one bedroom has a double bed and the other has two separated single beds, a main living area and two bathrooms with showers and a washing machine. In the main area, you can find a comfortable living area with a TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils and all the necessary cooking appliances. The couch can be used as an additional double bed for two guests. From the living room you can enter the terrace where you can find a seating area and loungers overlooking the garden, the sea and the beach nearby. A BBQ grill is available in the shared garden. Baby cot is available on request. Private parking is at your disposal in front of the house.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
