When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Surroundings
Podstrana is a small town on the coast from Split 7 km. It spreads at the foot of the mountain of Mosor, making it ideal for hiking. It is located very close to the cultural monuments under UNESCO protection, Split, Trogir, Sibenik and Zadar. Nearby are the ruins of the ancient Roman city of Salona, which is also the largest Roman city after Rome. Bus line Omis Split runs daily, every 15-20 minutes.

Having three separate bedrooms was a rare find that we all appreciated. And having two bathrooms added to the comfort of our stay. The apartment itself is beautiful and very comfortable. We would definitely book here again, probably for longer than three days too. It was easy to access Split by bus (25 mins). And the sunsets from the balcony were truly breathtaking.
