When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The old town center is located on the island connected to the mainland by a bridge and still very isolated from the rest of the world. The mainland of Rogoznica consists of family houses, villas and apartments with private beaches which can be a great choice for your holiday. Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin Nada ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Das TV hat am ersten Abend nicht funktioniert, am nächsten Tag hat sie jemand organisiert, der die Kabel richtig angeschlossen hat. Die Küche hat viel Geschirr und Besteck. Es gibt viele Badtucher und Bettdecken, falls es kälter wird. Nada hat uns auch erlaubt 2 Ihrer Fahrräder während den Urlaub zu benutzen. Leider nach einem platten Reifen wegen einer Dorn, könnte ein Fahrrad nicht weiter genutzt werden. In Rogoznica gibt es keine Fahrradreparatur oder Flickzeug zu kaufen. (Falls man Fahrrad fahren möchte, Flickzeug vielleicht mitbringen) Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Es liegt auf dem flachen Teil von Rogoznica. Zum Strand ist es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß und zum Supermarkt am Kreisel neben der Brücke zum Insel 10 Minuten. Es gibt mehrere gute Restaurants innerhalb 5 Minuten von der Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt und empfehlen sie gerne weiter. september 2022 (Susan )
