Apartment Pleadin A1 is located in a place Zecevo Rogoznicko which is 3.5km away from the town of Rogoznica. It is situated on the first floor of an apartment house, just 350 m from the nearest beach, and it can accommodate up to four persons.
The apartment consist of a double bed bedroom, a main living area and a bathroom with a shower. In the main area, you can find well equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils and all the necessary cooking appliances. Next to the kitchen there's a dining area, a couch and a TV. The couch can be used as additional double bed for two more guests. From the main area, you can enter your private balcony with a seating area and a magnificent sea view. Outside in the shared garden, there's another seating area under a shadow of a vine and a BBQ grill. Private parking is at your disposal.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Rogoznica is a warm and quiet town at the end of North Dalmatia. It extends for almost 50 km of coastline, and it’s the perfect place to relax with your family and friends. Eager boaters are drown to one of the safest and loveliest ports on the Adriatic. Gravel and rock fill the beaches, and each district offers numerous hidden beaches in small coves. Rogoznica is known for a wide range of entertainments and cultural events, organized by the Tourist Board, that bring a special atmosphere to its streets. The center of Rogoznica sits on a peninsula whose old stone houses are maintained, giving the waterfront an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere. The pine-covered peninsula is ideal for walking and other types of recreation.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation.
