The exception is apartment A1, which has a view of the forest, offering guests an extra dose of peace and quiet. Apartments in Villa Mala Mare have at their disposal a private beach with a shower, boat moorings and parking. Studio apartment A5 is located in a separate building next to Villa Mala Mara, offering guests privacy and comfort. This studio apartment is ideal for couples or individuals looking for functional accommodation with basic amenities. Inside the studio there is a double bed, a kitchen equipped with basic kitchen appliances and dishes, and a bathroom.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation.
