Comfortable Studio apartment Tanfara is located in Brodarica, a small settlement with beautiful bays and cristal clear sea. The apartment is situated on the first floor of this residental building and it can accommodate up to three persons.
This studio apartment consist of a bathroom with a shower and a main living area. In the main area you can find two connected single beds and a bunk bed. Next to the beds, there's a well equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils, all the necessary cooking appliances and a small dining area. From the main area, you can enter your private bacony with a seating garniture, a lovely little spot for relaxing after a hot day in central Dalmatia.
Outside, in the shared garden, there's a seating area next to the children playground and a BBQ grill. Private parking is at your disposal.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Brodarica is a new settlement near Šibenik, where most of the population is engaged in tourism. There is a large number of private apartments and several holiday houses with swimming pools, camps and boarding houses in Brodarica. It has a 4 km long coast with pebble beaches, shops, restaurants and cafés. It also serves as a promenade. Brodarica is 300 meters away from the island of Krapanj, which is actually the historical centre of these two places separated by sea, but still inseparably connected.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
